Individual Care

Individual therapy is built upon trust, vulnerability and commitment to the process.

How do I achieve this when it's hard for me to be trusting, vulnerable and/or committed to anything?

Imagine the toughest memory or experience of your personal history. Now imagine being fully accepted in that moment.

No worries about how you spoke, how you showed up, what you did or said-you experience full acceptance.

Through the client-therapist relationship, we partner in the process of learning how to experience acceptance in the ways you engage your emotions, beliefs and history.

The Power of the Mainspring Approach

It is the experience of full acceptance and the welcoming of all parts of self that creates space to trust you a little more. To be vulnerable towards self a little more. To commit to self a little more. To be in your truth a little more.

This is the invitation of the mainspring approach. It is guided by a 3-step process:

1. Telling the Truth

2. Setting Intention

3. Telling a Different Story

This process uses the power of kindness towards self to interrupt the pattern of suffering in secret and in silence. An invitation to create space to explore what it means to feel accepted in my own story, loved in my own story; my truth.

We help individuals, families and businesses leverage kindness to find their main·spring.
